Job Summary

Job Title: Business Analyst/ Quality Analyst(Business Requirements Test Planning SQL HP ALM Criminal Justice Systems)

Location: Albany NY (Hybrid)

We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualification

Qualifications:

Proven experience eliciting and extracting comprehensive business requirements from stakeholders customers and existing system documentation.
Hands-on experience creating and maintaining test plans and detailed test cases executing functional and system tests validating outcomes and documenting or tracking defects through resolution.
Strong proficiency in writing optimizing and tuning SQL scripts for data analysis and application support.
Practical experience working with HP Quality Center/ALM for test management and defect tracking.
Experience supporting or working with systems involved in criminal justice processes including (but not limited to) statistical reporting disposition workflows fingerprint identification systems criminal history updates sex offender management and applications used for tracking wanted or missing persons or other law enforcement operations.
