Title: TEMP Strategic Consulting Principal Consultant
Location: Princeton NJ (Hybrid)

Required Qualifications:
Project management expertise:
- Proven experience: Demonstrated ability to manage end-to-end projects preferably with a focus on HRIS or cloud-based software particularly SuccessFactors EC Payroll implementations. 8 years
- Methodology knowledge: Familiarity with project management methodologies like Agile Waterfall or Hybrid. 8 years
- Strong planning and execution skills: Ability to define project scope goals and deliverables establish timelines and budgets allocate resources effectively monitor progress manage risks and ensure adherence to quality standards. 8 years
- Problem-solving and decision-making: Capacity to address and resolve challenges promptly make informed decisions and guide the team towards solutions. 7 years
- Budget and resource management: Ability to plan manage and track project finances and ensure optimal utilization of resources.
Technical and functional knowledge Preferred
- Strong Knowledge of Azure DevOps. 8 years
- SuccessFactors product knowledge: Understanding of the various modules within SuccessFactors (e.g. Employee Central EC Payroll ) and their functionality. 8 years
- Integration expertise: Knowledge of how SuccessFactors integrates with other HRIS or existing company systems (including understanding of the SAP ecosystem). 7 years
- Data migration and quality: Understanding of data migration strategies data cleansing processes and the importance of accurate data for successful implementation. 6 years
Communication and interpersonal skills
- Effective communication: Ability to communicate clearly concisely and persuasively with stakeholders at all levels (technical teams HR leaders executives). 8 years
- Stakeholder management: Expertise in engaging and managing expectations of various stakeholders fostering collaboration and building strong relationships. 8 years
- Conflict resolution and negotiation: Capacity to handle disagreements negotiate solutions and maintain a collaborative environment.
- Change management: Understanding of change management principles and the ability to drive user adoption of new systems and processes. 6 years
Other requirements:
- Adaptability and flexibility: Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and navigate challenges effectively. 8 years
- Location of Princeton is preferred as majority of the project members are here.
- 7 years - Experience with Insurance Industry is a plus.
