Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with a strong focus in Cybersecurity specifically in Vulnerability Management Application Security and Product Security. The ideal candidate will have 10 years of relevant experience and will act as a critical bridge between business stakeholders and technical security teams. This role ensures vulnerabilities are identified tracked communicated and remediated efficiently across the organization.

The Analyst will lead medium to large initiatives conduct complex operational analyses and may mentor junior analysts. Candidates must have excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate technical requirements in a clear and business-friendly manner.

Key Responsibilities

Cybersecurity & Vulnerability Management

• Collaborate with Security and IT teams to review assess and track vulnerabilities.
• Collect organize and analyze vulnerability and risk data generated from various tools and reports.
• Support remediation teams in prioritizing assigning and resolving identified security issues.
• Ensure that vulnerabilities are properly documented assigned ownership and remediated within policy timelines.

Business Analysis & Process Improvement

• Write clear structured and detailed requirements for security initiatives and workflows.
• Develop and maintain process documentation for vulnerability risk and remediation programs.
• Evaluate and improve existing workflows related to vulnerability and risk tracking to drive efficiency.

Reporting & Communication

• Create simple accurate dashboards and reports to highlight progress trends and risk levels.
• Communicate updates risks and requirements to both technical teams and non-technical business stakeholders.
• Present findings and recommendations to senior management and cross-functional teams.

Required Skills & Experience

• 10 years of experience as a Business Analyst preferably with strong exposure to Cybersecurity.
• Hands-on experience with vulnerability management tools such as Qualys Tenable Rapid7 or similar.
• Strong understanding of Application Security Product Security and security risk concepts.
• Experience working with risk compliance and security governance processes.
• Ability to analyze large volumes of security data and translate findings into actionable insights.
• Strong communication presentation and documentation skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical teams.
• Bachelors degree preferred.
