JOB TITLE: Master Planner

PAY RATE: $22.50-160/hour

We are a national aerospace and defense staffing agency seeking highly qualified candidates for a position with a top-tier client.

Summary:

• Provide planning and scheduling support for multiple mission requirements across various locations.

• Assist in developing and maintaining components of the Program Integrated Master Schedule.

• Support proposal schedule development Statement of Work (SOW) review and Basis of Estimate (BOE) creation.

• Advise Program Management of potential contractual impacts critical events and factors affecting cost or delivery.

• Ensure communication and cross-coordination with IPTs and other functional teams.

• Apply Critical Path Methodology in schedule network development and analysis.

• Develop/refine knowledge of Earned Value Management (EVM).

• Partner with engineering procurement contracts business management and production teams.

• Prepare status reports metrics and presentations as needed.

• Work independently as a self-starter with hands-on program planning and scheduling experience.

• Perform additional responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements:

• Ability to Obtain Clearance

• 3 years of experience specifically on the AMMM program

• Experience with Critical Path Methodology

• Proficiency with Deltek Open Plan scheduling tools

• Experience in schedule control processes proposal development audits and project management integration

• Proficient with Microsoft Project

• Experience providing risk and opportunity analysis input

• Must be a U.S. Citizen (as defined by ITAR).
