Summary:
-
Provide planning and scheduling support for multiple mission requirements across various locations.
-
Assist in developing and maintaining components of the Program Integrated Master Schedule.
-
Support proposal schedule development Statement of Work (SOW) review and Basis of Estimate (BOE) creation.
-
Advise Program Management of potential contractual impacts critical events and factors affecting cost or delivery.
-
Ensure communication and cross-coordination with IPTs and other functional teams.
-
Apply Critical Path Methodology in schedule network development and analysis.
-
Develop/refine knowledge of Earned Value Management (EVM).
-
Partner with engineering procurement contracts business management and production teams.
-
Prepare status reports metrics and presentations as needed.
-
Work independently as a self-starter with hands-on program planning and scheduling experience.
-
Perform additional responsibilities as assigned.
Requirements:

Ability to Obtain Clearance
-
3 years of experience specifically on the AMMM program
-
Experience with Critical Path Methodology
-
Proficiency with Deltek Open Plan scheduling tools
-
Experience in schedule control processes proposal development audits and project management integration
-
Proficient with Microsoft Project
-
Experience providing risk and opportunity analysis input
-
Must be a U.S. Citizen (as defined by ITAR).
Desired Qualifications:

Ability to work independently across technical teams to develop a basic understanding of the technical product
-
Experience with capture R&D and production scheduling requirements including inter-functional dependencies
-
Experience with Earned Value Management (EVM)
