About the Role:
As an RN with A Servants Heart Medical Staffing you will be under the supervision of the Nursing Supervisor (NS) and responsible for providing high-quality patient care in accordance with the North Carolina Nurse Practice Act.
Key Responsibilities:
- Functions permitted and defined by the North Carolina Nurse Practice Act as it pertains to the RN.
- Carrying out orders from the NS and the patients physician.
- Documentation and summary of patient care and events pertaining to the patients progress and development.
- Working with other members of the health care team for the purpose of providing sound and continuous patient care.
- Participation in programs and in-service of A Servants Heart Medical Staffing Service.
- Initiation of rehabilitative and constructive procedures to aid in the patients status and or progress.
- Maintains communication with appropriate client facility staff to avoid misunderstandings.
- Other responsibilities that may be indicated orally or in writing that have to do with patient care and the role of the Registered Nurse regarding individual cases.
Qualifications:
- Current North Carolina license to practice as a Registered Nurse.
- A sincere and genuine interest in healthcare and compassion for the sick.
- Six months experience as an RN preferred.
