About the Opportunity

A provider in the Occupational Health / Corporate Healthcare services sector operating an on-site medical room for industrial/corporate campuses. We deliver primary care first-aid emergency response and routine occupational health screening to employees working in shift-based manufacturing and logistics environments.

We are hiring an on-site clinical team for our Surajpur Greater Noida location: 1 Fresher MBBS Medical Officer (8-hour duty) and 4 Nursing Staff (ANM or Pharmacy Graduate) on 12-hour shifts. Both roles are strictly ON-SITE.

Role & Responsibilities

• Provide primary medical consultations and clinical assessment for employees in the corporate medical room; manage referrals to external hospitals as needed.
• Deliver immediate emergency response and first-aid care for workplace injuries including stabilization and handover to emergency services when required.
• Operate and manage on-site medicine dispensing and basic pharmacy duties for minor ailments ensuring accurate record-keeping and inventory control.
• Conduct pre-placement periodic and return-to-work occupational health screenings and maintain confidential employee medical records.
• Perform wound care injections vaccination administration (where applicable) and routine clinical procedures within scope of practice.
• Maintain infection control clinic hygiene medical equipment readiness and participate in health & safety drills and reporting.

Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have

• MBBS degree with valid medical council registration for Medical Officer (freshers may apply).
• ANM certificate or Pharmacy qualification ( for Nursing Staff as specified.
• Willingness to work on-site in Surajpur Greater Noida and to follow 8/12-hour shift rosters as required.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification or willingness to obtain immediately.

Preferred

• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) or emergency care training.
• Prior experience in corporate medical rooms occupational health clinics or emergency first-aid in industrial settings.

Compensation & Culture Highlights

• Consolidated monthly pay: Medical Officer (Fresher MBBS) Rs.50000; Nursing Staff (ANM/Pharmacy Graduate) Rs.16000 (12-hour duty).
