3 Shift Manager – Café Operations

Salary: 30000 per month

Role Overview:

Responsible for managing shifts supervising staff ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining operational standards.

Responsibilities:

• Manage daily shift operations

• Supervise service and QSR staff

• Ensure smooth billing order execution and hygiene compliance

• Handle customer queries and resolve issues

• Assist manager in inventory and stock control

• Report daily sales and shift performance

Requirements:

• Previous café/QSR supervisory experience

• Strong operational understanding

• Leadership and shift-handling skills

4 Café Manager

Salary: 40000 – 45000 per month
Location: Aziznagar

Role Overview:

Full responsibility for running and managing the Vero Café location including service team management sales and customer experience.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee complete café operations

• Manage team scheduling performance and discipline

• Monitor sales budget and daily P&L

• Ensure quality standards hygiene and customer satisfaction

• Handle vendor coordination and inventory

• Train staff and drive business growth

Requirements:

• Experience as Café Manager/QSR Manager

• Strong communication & leadership skills

• Ability to manage a 360° café operation
