About the role.

What youll be doing.

The Health & Safety Coordinator is required to assist and support in the development and execution of the health & safety and security agenda for the plant focusing on continuous improvement of health & safety policies and procedures injury prevention safety management plant security crisis management and compliance with all applicable Federal and local health & safety compliance obligations. Must be local to Appleton WI - no relocation offered.

What youll need to be successful.

• Associate degree or bachelors degree required; A focus in health and safety strongly preferred
• At least 3 years of Health & Safety experience required
• ISO Management Systems experience is preferred
• Professional certifications such as CSP ASP or accredited Health & Safety Certification preferred
• Ability to work independently and with others
• Ability toindependentlyread comprehend and communicate in basic English and interact with all levels of the organization
• Ability toindependentlycarry out instructions furnished in written oral or diagram form
• Ability to analyze data and draw logical conclusions with minimal guidance
• Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills
• Organizational and time management skills
• Strong attention to detail including visual acuity
• Desire to drive change goal oriented
• Ability to possess confidential information

Compensation Package:$58800.00 - $78500.00 . USD annually Bonus eligibility

The above reflects the target compensation range for the position at the time of posting. Hiring compensation will be determined based on experience skill set education and training and other organizational needs.
