1. Exhibits daily adherence and leadership regarding Goldfish Swim School core values.
2. Directs and controls daily operations to ensure the school is running per GSS standard operating procedures as indicated by our Every Day Golden Experience matrix.
3. Manages the staff of GSS to ensure high productivity excellent performance and favorable employee satisfaction.
4. Trains and oversees wet side staff to ensure outstanding customer service and the highest level of lesson quality.
5. Serves as the curriculum subject matter expert.
6. Interacts with AGMs and Deck Supervisors on issues related to class scheduling student progress customer service and employee performance and training.
7. Closely and frequently coordinates with our franchisor representatives local sales & marketing director and General Manager.
8. Trains and oversees private party staff to ensure that the GSS standard operating procedures are being maintained.
9. Gains knowledge and experience of scheduling software to achieve a high level of competence in bookings class scheduling reporting and administrative functions.
10. Gains a high level of knowledge and experience in the GSS pool operations necessary to maintain a safe and sanitary swim environment.
11. Initiates and oversees workplace employee activities with the goal of achieving improved employee satisfaction.
12. Ensures compliance with the Emergency Action Plan (EAP) and all safety procedures that pertain to the GSS facility. Trains staff on the GSS EAP.
13. Maintains required certifications.
14. Schedules wet side staff and closely coordinates with the General Manager to manage payroll.
15. Troubleshoot mechanical room as necessary.
16. Fulfills other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Employer.

Each Goldfish Swim School is an independently owned and operated franchise. The respective Franchisee is the employer at each Goldfish Swim School location.
