ResponsibilitiesAs Field Service Dispatcher youll be the go-to link between customers field teams and internal operations. Youll coordinate appointments monitor schedules and keep everything running smoothly. From managing job pools and optimizing routes to dispatching technicians and ensuring SLAs youll make sure every commitment is met efficiently. Your role is all about smart scheduling quick problem-solving and delivering exceptional customer experience.
Location: Warsaw hybrid
Your Responsibilities:
- Support dispatch operations for your assigned region
- Monitor technician status and schedules to keep jobs on track
- Manage job pools fill gaps and reassign work to meet customer commitments
- Optimize routes for efficiency and on-time performance
- Handle appointment confirmations rescheduling and customer inquiries
- Update calendars and adjust assignments based on skills and priorities
- Anticipate obstacles and find prompt solutions
- Collaborate with your team and share feedback for continuous improvement
Qualifications- Education or equivalent practical experience
- 24 years in Field Service Dispatch (or similar role)
- Strong communication skills in French language plus solid English.
