Pay Rate: $19.57 - $23.00/hr
Shift: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Position Summary:

The Print Management First Responder provides on-site daily support for network and workstation printers at the customer location. This role focuses on prompt professional customer service while troubleshooting printer issues assessing device malfunctions resolving paper jams delivering toner and supporting new printer installations. Candidates must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and should have prior IT experience (Help Desk technical support or similar).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide daily support and maintenance for networked and workstation printers.
  • Respond promptly to customer support requests and resolve issues quickly and accurately.
  • Troubleshoot printer errors jams break/fix issues and consumable needs.
  • Escalate complex technical issues to Customer Service Technicians or the Integrated Account Manager.
  • Keep end users informed on the status of issue resolution.
  • Deliver toner and manage on-site parts and consumables inventory.
  • Assist in printer procurement and manage hot-swap printer inventory.
  • Document all service calls in Ricoh Trac according to process guidelines.
  • Provide users with remote access support and detailed troubleshooting steps.
  • Maintain fleet databases and tools; support meter reads and reporting.
  • Participate in occasional new printer installations or device moves.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent (additional technical education preferred).
  • IT Help Desk Support experience (application and/or hardware support).
  • Technical training or certifications preferred including:
  • HP Certifications (site-specific certifications may be required).

Knowledge Skills & Abilities:

  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Solid PC skills and basic mathematical ability.
  • Logical problem-solving skills with the ability to assess and resolve technical issues.
  • Ability to document work clearly and follow structured processes.
