Job Summary

Required:

10 years of hands-on experiencein configuringand customizingSalesforce Service Cloud.

Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirementsand propose scalable solutions for robust Service Cloudapplications.

Designand develop solutions that comply withSalesforce best practices enterprise standardsand operational guardrails.
Strong understanding ofweb services(SOAP REST) security models integration patternsand methods.
Proficiency inHTML CSSand JavaScriptfor UI customization.
Experience inService Cloud implementation configuration data migrationand integrations with external systems.
Expertise inCase ManagementOmni-Channel RoutingKnowledge BaseService ConsoleandEntitlements.
Designand implementService Processes includingautomation usingFlowsProcess BuilderandOmniScripts.
Familiarity withEinstein BotsLiveAgentandField Service Lightningforadvanced service capabilities.
Experience inreportingandanalyticsusing Salesforce Reports Dashboardsand Service Cloud-specific KPIs.
Designand/or build integrations between Service Cloudandthird-partyapplications or data sources.
Exposure toHealth CloudSalesforce CDPandExperience Cloudisanaddedadvantage.
