Key Responsibilities:

Understand client hiring requirements and offer tailored staffing solutions.

Collaborate with recruitment teams to ensure timely candidate delivery.

Negotiate contracts pricing and service terms with clients.

Achieve monthly/quarterly revenue and business growth targets.

Prepare proposals pitches and business reports for clients and management.

Stay updated on industry trends competitors and market opportunities.
Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Business IT or related field.

Proven experience in IT staffing recruitment sales or business development.

Strong knowledge of IT roles technologies and recruitment processes.

Excellent communication negotiation and relationship management skills.

Target-oriented proactive and self-motivated.

Experience with CRM and staffing tools is a plus.
