Senior Business Development Manager

Job Summary
As Senior Business Development Manager youll lead client engagements and negotiations to turn opportunities into contracts accelerating commercialization in offshore wind. Youll manage complex B2B sales cycles develop new business and collaborate with technical legal and operational stakeholders. We are looking for someone with sales experience within the German offshore wind market and preferably experience with service operation vessels for offshore wind.
- Immediate impact in a fast-growing early-stage venture
- Collaborative international team (approx. 30 colleagues)
- HQ in Nordhavn with access to Maersk facilities (gym café etc.)
- Build and manage relationships with offshore wind developers and partners predominantly in Germany
- Own the full sales cycle including contract negotiations
- Develop business cases and support feasibility studies
- Maintain pipeline and provide commercial updates
- Represent Stillstrom at industry events
- Travel within EU and UK
- 710 years experience in technical/CAPEX project sales ideally offshore wind
- Proven B2B/B2G track record; cleantech or maritime experience is a plus
- Strong knowledge of offshore wind operations and/or vessel management
- Relevant degree (business or technical MBA)
- Skilled in complex sales processes negotiations and risk allocation
- Hands-on experience with CRM tools (e.g. Salesforce)
