Job Description
A reputable healthcare system located along the beautiful shores of Lake Ontario is seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join its Outpatient Cardiology this role you will provide specialized care to patients with cardiac and vascular conditions support cardiologists and multidisciplinary providers and help patients and families better understand their diagnoses and treatment plans. Key Responsibilities
- Perform telephone triage and provide clinical guidance to patients.
- Conduct patient interviews to obtain comprehensive cardiac histories.
- Review cardiac diagnostic studies clinical data and prior medical records.
- Collaborate with physicians and patients to develop individualized cardiac care plans.
- Accurately document assessments interventions and patient data in the EMR.
- Educate patients about upcoming cardiac procedures treatments and ongoing care needs.
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
- Active RN license.
- Prior cardiology experience preferred

- $15000 Sign-On Bonus
