As the organization transitions away from a their consulting partner this leader will step in to evaluate current deliverables establish clarity and define a thoughtful product roadmap that shapes the future state of the business. Location: This is an on-site position in Winchester VA. (Local candidates preferred; relocation assistance available). What Youll Do
- Partner with business leaders to understand operations pain points and strategic objectives.
- Build strong relationships across all stakeholder groups influencing direction without direct authority.
- Assess current consulting-driven deliverables and determine what should continue change or sunset.
- Conduct research gather requirements and synthesize findings into a clear data-driven product roadmap.
- Focus on the top priorities for 2026/2027 and guide the team toward sustainable long-term solutions.
- Lead full lifecycle product managementfrom discovery and roadmapping to execution and stakeholder communication.
- Ensure product direction aligns with company strategy and key technology trends within the ERP ecosystem.
What You Bring
- 57 years of experience as a Product Manager with clear ownership of product strategy and delivery (must have held the title).
- 5 years of hands-on JD Edwards experience with strong functional knowledge across Manufacturing HR and Finance along with a solid understanding of JDE architecture.
- Demonstrated success managing the full product lifecycle including market/industry research requirements gathering Agile delivery and go-to-market execution.
- Exceptional communication relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to influence direction and decisions across all levels of the organization.
- Strategic understanding of ERP/technology trends and how they shape long-term business needs.
- Bachelors degree in a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Reside within a reasonable commute to Winchester VA or willing to relocate with company assistance.
- US Citizen or US Permanent Resident (GC Holder) currently in the USA
