• Provide personal care assistance (bathing grooming dressing toileting mobility support)
  
  
• Monitor client safety throughout overnight hours
  
  
• Offer companionship and emotional support
  
  
• Assist with light housekeeping and meal preparation
  
  
• Track and record care notes according to company standards
  
  
• Communicate any changes in client condition to the office staff
  
  
• Follow the care plan and maintain a clean safe environment
  
  

• Experience as a caregiver CNA HHA or PCA preferred
  
  
• Ability to work overnight shifts consistently
  
  
• Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
  
  
• Ability to lift transfer or assist clients as needed
  
  
• Clear background check and eligibility to work in the U.S.
  
  
• Strong communication and time-management skills
