Position Summary
In support of the Mission Vision and Values of SyBridge Technologies Group of Companies the Quality Assurance Inspector will play a crucial role in ensuring quality is a priority each and every time while also achieving deadlines and customer satisfaction. A general knowledge of Plastic Injection Molding process and part terminology and sampling plans is required. This will be a rotating (4) 10-hour shifts from 2:00PM - 12:30AM.
Key Responsibilities
- Responsibilities include: Visual inspection in process inspection final inspection audits perform dimensional analysis First Article Inspection
- Types of measuring equipment at a minimum: Calipers Indicators Micrometers go/no go. Comparators & Microscope (software aided) knowledge a plus
- Must have Plastic Injection Molding Operation and Inspection experience
- Must pass vision and color tests
- Inspector must have MS Word & Excel spreadsheet knowledge. Data entry and some basic statistical/math knowledge is required.
- Ability to read blueprints
- Ability to work un-supervised and well with others in a team environment. Must be able to train others on quality criteria and gauging techniques
- A general knowledge of ISO 9001 is needed must comply with Company ISO policies and procedures
- Inventory Control experience a plus
Qualifications
- Ability to work (4) 10-hour shifts from 2:00PM - 12:30AM
- Employee must be able to properly use mics and inspection equipment.
- Understand programming.
- Must have high school or trade school diploma or minimum of five years in the trade or suitable equivalent.
