Job Summary
Receive inspect and verify incoming materials and equipment.
Maintain organized storage of items following safety and company guidelines.
Issue materials to relevant teams based on approved requests.
Track inventory levels and conduct periodic stock counts.
Update and maintain inventory records in MS Excel or other systems.
Prepare daily/weekly inventory and stock movement reports.
Ensure proper labelling tagging and documentation of all items.
Coordinate with procurement logistics and project teams for material requirements.
Monitor stock expiry damage and discrepancies and report them promptly.
Maintain cleanliness orderliness and safety in the store area.
Minimum 5 years of experience as a Storekeeper or in warehouse operations.
Good knowledge of inventory control procedures and documentation.
Strong MS Office skills (Excel Word).
Ability to communicate clearly in English.
Ability to lift move and organize materials as required.
Strong attention to detail accuracy and organizational skills.
Requirements

Salary: 3000 - 3500 QR
Duration: 1 year (extendable)
Location: Qatar Education City
Hours: 10 hrs/day (incl. OT) 6 days/week
