Collections Specialist (Permanent Work From Home)
Shift: Morning Shift
Rate: 7 AUD per hour incentives
Location: Philippines (Remote)
Were looking for a high-performing Collections Specialist with solid experience in managing payment collections and resolving overdue accounts. If you have a strong BPO background and a track record of dealing with international clients this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities
Contact clients/customers to collect outstanding payments within agreed timelines.
Negotiate payment arrangements professionally and effectively.
Handle account follow-ups through calls emails or other communication channels.
Maintain accurate records of interactions commitments and account status.
Work closely with internal teams to resolve billing concerns and ensure smooth collection processes.
Achieve daily weekly and monthly collection targets.
Qualifications
At least 3 years of current experience in payment collection accounts receivable or similar roles.
Background in the BPO/call center industry is required.
Proven experience dealing with US UK AU or NZ clients.
Strong negotiation skills and confidence in handling difficult conversations.
Excellent English communication skills written and verbal.
Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
Reliable internet and a workstation suitable for WFH.
