Position Overview:
We are seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist with 3-4 years of experience to lead and execute marketing strategies that will enhance our online presence and promote our IT services. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital marketing tools SEO SEM content marketing and social media strategies with a proven track record of achieving measurable results. Key Responsibilities:
Digital Campaign Management: Plan execute and optimize digital marketing campaigns to generate leads and drive business growth particularly for our IT services.
SEO & SEM: Implement and manage SEO strategies to improve website ranking and visibility. Conduct keyword research on-page optimization and backlinking strategies. Manage SEM campaigns (Google Ads etc.) to increase paid search traffic.
Content Strategy & Development: Develop content calendars create engaging blog posts articles and case studies and optimize web content for SEO. Collaborate with the content team to ensure high-quality content delivery.
Social Media Management: Manage the companys social media profiles create posts and engage with followers. Develop strategies to grow and maintain a strong social media presence.
Email Marketing & Automation: Design and manage email campaigns including newsletters lead nurturing and promotions. Implement marketing automation tools to streamline campaigns.
Analytics & Reporting: Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) across various channels (website social media email etc.). Provide weekly and monthly performance reports and use data-driven insights to optimize campaigns.
Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and design teams to ensure alignment on marketing strategies creative assets and messaging.
Market Research: Monitor industry trends competitor activity and customer feedback to develop strategies that position our IT services effectively in the market.

Required Qualifications:
Experience: 3-4 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing particularly in promoting IT services or technology solutions.
Education: Bachelors degree in Marketing Communications IT or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Skills:
Proven experience with SEO SEM Google Ads Google Analytics and social media platforms.
Strong understanding of content marketing and inbound marketing strategies.
Familiarity with email marketing tools (e.g. MailChimp HubSpot).
Knowledge of marketing automation tools and CRM platforms (e.g. Salesforce).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
Soft Skills:
