Position Overview / Primary Purpose
We are seeking a dynamicSales Exports Managerto drive growth across Export Markets (Middle East Africa and select Asian markets) while supporting strategic initiatives for India.
This India-based role will report directly to theManaging Director - India acting as a critical enabler of McCormicks growth ambition in emerging markets.

Key Responsibilities
Manage distributor relationships conduct business reviews and identify growth opportunities across export markets.
Drive GTM transformation and execution for India ensuring alignment with global strategies.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing Finance Supply Chain R&D and Regulatory to enable fast issue resolution and unlock growth opportunities.
Ensure compliance with regulatory approvals product labeling and export documentation requirements.
Monitor sales targets A&P spend forecast accuracy and distributor performance metrics.
Build rapport and maintain strong working relationships with internal stakeholders and distributor partners.
