Primary Skills (Must Have):

• ITSM ITOM CMDB Service Catalog
• Service Portal Integration Hub
• HRSD / CSM / UI Builder (role-specific)
• SAM HAM Discovery CSDM MID Server (role-specific)

Secondary Skills (Good to Have):

• Virtual Agent
• Predictive Intelligence

Responsibilities:

• Develop and configure applications modules catalog items flows.
• Implement integrations using Integration Hub and APIs.
• Work on HRSD CSM ITSM ITOM or SAM/HAM based on the role.
• Support implementations migrations CMDB alignment and platform upgrades.

2 ServiceNow Integration Specialist Bangalore
