What You Will Do

As a Live Expert you will:

Demonstrate products and features via live video sessions

Drive customer engagement and support sales impact through your interactions

Deliver clear confident responses to customer questions

Maintain thorough product knowledge

Handle merchandising tasks inventory reporting and in-store coordination

Contribute to scriptwriting and translation activities

Create and present training content

Support occasional filming activities which may include out-of-hours sessions

Your Profile

You are a strong match if you:

Are fluent or bilingual in Dutch with strong English or Spanish skills

Have experience in customer service and/or sales

Have interest or experience in technology

Are confident and comfortable on camera

Communicate clearly and professionally

Are proactive adaptable positive and collaborative

What We Offer

Full-time (39h/week) on-site permanent contract: Monday to Friday 09:0018:00

Salary: 19.494 euros gross/year up to 3.000 euros gross/year in bonus
