This is an exciting job opportunity for you to light the way as a PTP Intern in Shanghai with Signify.

• Cross border income payment collection
• Archive bank slips and bank statement
• Daily register payments and VAT invoices in excel files
• Scan and file paper vouchers for AP team
• Support and manage vendor query functional email account
• Review and match Concur original documents
• Support other ad-hoc matters assigned by management

• Bachelor/Master students with major in Finance Accounting or Economics related
• Familiar with Microsoft Office especially Excel and outlook SAP is a plus
