Key Responsibilities Configure maintain and enhance ServiceNow SAM Pro modules and workflows. Implement and manage software asset lifecycle processes including procurement deployment usage and retirement. Monitor license compliance and optimize software usage to reduce costs and risks. Collaborate with IT procurement and business units to align SAM processes with organizational goals. Generate reports and dashboards for software compliance usage and cost analysis. Ensure adherence to industry standards and regulatory requirements for software asset management.
