EIS Network Engineer
Role Description
The Digital Zscaler Cloud Security Services role involves working with relevant technologies ensuring smooth operations and contributing to business objectives.
Responsibilities include analysis development implementation and troubleshooting within the Digital Zscaler Cloud Security Services domain.
Primary Skillset
Zscaler Engineer
Network Engineer
Deploying and configuring Zscaler services across the network including ZIA and ZPA and providing expert-level support for ZIA and ZPA including complex troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
Troubleshooting connectivity issues resolving network problems.
Monitoring the performance of Zscaler services to ensure optimal operation.
Developing and maintaining documentation for configurations and procedures as well as providing training to users.
Supporting the operational aspects of Zscaler solutions including incident response and problem management.
Supporting the lifecycle of network security projects including new builds and upgrades. Collaborating with network engineers security architects and cloud teams.
Performs planned configuration changes to Zscaler platforms especially ZIA and ZPA and or firewalls.
Ensures safe and efficient operations by monitoring performance coordinating planned maintenance adjusting configurations software hardware components and responding to connectivity issues.
Performs scheduled configuration changes to Zscaler or firewalls devices Identifies network issues and determine and recommend appropriate solutions.
Provides quality documentation and deliver presentations about network issues updates troubleshooting techniques etc.
Quickly and accurately diagnoses systems failures.
