Job Summary

Responsabilidades e Atribuições:

  • Realizar a confecção de propostas e pedidos além de enviar propostas comerciais aos clientes.
  • Atendimento ao cliente interno e externo através de e-mail telefone Teams e outros canais como call e chat.
  • Realizar o contato com o fornecedor e estabelecer parcerias com clientes.
  • Prestar suporte ao Account Manager e interagir com o time interno para atualizações e follow-up dos processos.
  • Apoiar a equipe em todas as questões operacionais incluindo a atualização de dados em sistema e a realização de cadastro de clientes.
  • Auxiliar na elaboração de planilhas e relatórios além de revisar cotações com gerentes de contas.

Requisitos e Qualificações:

  • Ensino superior cursando ou completo em Administração Gestão Comercial Gestão Empresarial ou áreas correlatas.
  • Conhecimento em Pacote Office incluindo Excel básico/intermediário.
  • Desejável inglês básico/intermediário.

Informações adicionais:

  • Modelo de trabalho híbrido;
  • Contrato temporário (1 ano);
  • São Paulo - SP;
  • Segunda á Sexta das 09h as 18h.
