Private Equity Fund Reporting Internship

JOB DESCRIPTION

Graham Partners a Philadelphia area private investment firm seeks a motivated Fund Reporting Intern to join our Fund Reporting team. This internship provides hands-on experience in fund accounting operations financial reporting and investor relations within the private equity industry. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented eager to learn and has a basic understanding of accounting principles.

Specific responsibilities include:

• Assist in preparing quarterly fund financial reports including statements of partners capital and unfunded commitments.
• Assist in capital call and distribution processing ensuring accurate calculations and timely execution.
• Perform data entry and maintain accurate financial records.
• Maintain general ledgers and record transactions related to fund investments
• Participate in month-end closing activities and journal entry preparation.
• Organize and maintain financial reporting files/system.
• Communicate with investors regarding capital accounts calls and financial statements.
• Conduct research on financial regulations and industry best practices as needed.
• Assist in ad hoc accounting tasks.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Currently pursuing a degree in Accounting Finance or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

START DATE

Expected start date late May 2026.
