Job Summary

Directly manages supervises and evaluates the patient care service assuring quality patient care leading to consumer satisfaction per Trinity Health Plan and Provision of Patient Care Services. Demonstrates a working knowledge of personnel management and communication principles to maintain a positive work environment. Develops and manages the departments resources (time materials and personnel) within the budgetary guidelines as approved by Trinity Health Board of Directors.

Licenses and Certifications Required:

Current or temporary RN license in ND or compact RN licensure. BLS certification required. OCN certification or required within 18 months. Chemotherapy/Biotherapy certification or required within 6 months.

Educational Requirements:

Graduate of an accredited school of nursing. BSN preferred.

Experience Requirements:

Minimum of 3 years oncology nursing practice strongly preferred. Previous supervisory experience strongly preferred.

Special Skills or Training Requirements:

Good communication skills. Computer skills. Central line access.
