We areseekinga results-driveninnovativeand passionate leader to serve in the role of Production Manager for Brilliant Earth within our Operations Operations team is dedicated to delivering excellence from the time a customer places an order to the moment a customer opens their will be responsible for overseeing activities at our Brilliant Earth locations as well as our manufacturing a Production Manager you willbe responsible formeeting deadlines accuracy in our systems executingprocessesand continuously implementing impactful improvements to increase productivity and reduce costs. You will collaborate with external partners manage an internalteamand partner with every department within the company.

The ideal candidate will be able to work a full-time schedule from Monday to Friday. This role is in-person in our Secaucus NJ office.

The targeted budget for this position is $95000 - $110000 annually. This compensation budget range may be adjusted at any time at the discretion of the company.

Responsibilities:

• Manage relationships and timelinesfor domestic and international production processes.
• Control internal repair and manufacturing product inventory and production flow and processes with a focus on high quality and meeting customer timelines
• Recruit hire and manage a growing team of bench jewelers polishers setters.
• Ensure the team has theappropriate toolsand machinery to meet businessobjectives.
• Guideday to dayteam performance empowering the team andfacilitatingproblem-solving.
• Report on team KPIs andidentifyopportunities to continuously improve upon best practices.
• Focus on process & system automation cost effectiveness qualityefficiencyand accuracy.
• Lead the team to uphold Brilliant Earths high quality product standards and timelines.
• Guideprofessional development of team including continued training opportunities and education of key metrics.
• Formulate and implement systemspoliciesand procedures; coordinate andallocatetasks and resources to ensure smooth operation of business.

Qualifications:

• 5-7 years experience in jewelry production lifecycle including filing polishing setting & re-polishing to finished product and repair
• Robust knowledge of Excel and inventory tracking systemsDiasparka plus
• Bilingual(Spanish and English) preferred
• Demonstrated experience managing inventory flow
• Proficiencyin pricing and sourcing of jewelry production tools and machinery
• Experience leading teams of bench jewelers polishers and setters to achieve KPIs and goals.
• Highly organized with focus on execution problem solving and improving processes
• Excellent time management skills and accountability
• Self-motivated hardworking team player with an ability to work collaboratively
• Written and verbal communication skills including ability to communicate effectively with international partners
• Attention to details in a fast paced deadline driven environment
• BS in mechanical engineering preferred
