Role Description
The Client Service Representative at CRJ Consulting LLC plays a crucial role in maintaining high-quality client relationships. This role involves direct communication with clients to address inquiries and resolve issues ensuring a positive experience with our services. The representative will also maintain client records and support sales and marketing efforts contributing to our overall success. Collaboration with internal teams to solve complex client needs is a key aspect of this position as is assisting with marketing initiatives to promote our services effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries ensuring a positive experience.
- Provide exceptional in-person customer service at retail and event locations
- Assist in setting up displays maintaining product presentation and ensuring a clean organized retail environment
- Collaborate with team members and management to meet daily and weekly sales goals
- Uphold company standards brand guidelines and compliance requirements at all times
