- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries ensuring a positive experience.
- Provide exceptional in-person customer service at retail and event locations
- Assist in setting up displays maintaining product presentation and ensuring a clean organized retail environment
- Collaborate with team members and management to meet daily and weekly sales goals
- Uphold company standards brand guidelines and compliance requirements at all times
Requirements & Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Experience in customer service or a related field.
