This is a remote position based in Calgary with occasional travel to vendor sites supporting the West Coast Canadian region.

Position Summary:

  • Building relationships with vendor partners and growing the business by market share.
  • Act as the primary liaison between vendors and internal sales teams ensuring clear communication of vendor programs incentives and product updates.
  • Conduct regular business reviews with vendors to assess performance identify areas for improvement and explore new opportunities.
  • Support vendor onboarding and integration processes ensuring a smooth transition and alignment with internal systems and processes.
  • Creates monitors and revises lead generation plans to ensure a substantive sales opportunity pipeline.
  • Must be okay to travel 25% within the West Coast of Canada.

What you bring to the role:

  • College diploma or degree or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in field sales or direct sales.
  • Technology experience or channel experience is ideal.
  • Must have excellent sales relationship-building customer service and presentation skills.
  • Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to establish rapport and trust.
  • Strong sales acumen with a deep understanding of sales processes and strategies.
  • Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule as needed.
  • Recognized subject matter expert with specialized knowledge in the function.
  • Experience with MS Office Suite is required.
  • Provides solutions to a variety of advanced complex technical projects or business issues.
