Job Summary
University Home Care Inc is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Home Health Aide to provide in-home care services to our clients in Milford MI. The ideal candidate will assist individuals with daily living activities ensuring their comfort safety and well-being while promoting independence and dignity.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with personal hygiene grooming and dressing
- Support clients with mobility and transfers
- Monitor and report changes in clients health and behavior to nursing staff
- Help with meal preparation and feeding as needed
- Perform light housekeeping tasks to maintain a safe and clean environment
- Provide companionship and support to clients
- Follow care plans and adhere to established protocols and safety guidelines
Requirements
- Compassionate and patient with strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently
- Two forms of ids
- Reliable transportation to and from clients homes
