Position Overview:
We are seeking a Part-Time Automotive Finance Manager who brings strong experience in dealership F&I operations but may be looking for fewer hours than a traditional full-time role. This position is ideal for a seasoned professional who wants to stay engaged contribute meaningfully and enjoy a balanced schedule.
In addition to F&I responsibilities there is optional flexibility to supplement earnings by assisting with vehicle sales when desired.
Responsibilities:
Process finance and lease deals accurately and efficiently
Secure approvals through lenders and maintain strong lender relationships
Present financial products and protection packages to customers in a clear ethical manner
Ensure compliance with all dealership state and federal regulations
Assist with occasional vehicle sales to enhance customer experience and earning potential (optional)
Collaborate closely with the sales team and management to maintain smooth operations
Qualifications:
Previous automotive F&I management experience required
Strong working knowledge of finance products bank programs and compliance standards
Excellent communication presentation and customer service skills
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Professional ethical and team-oriented approach
Flexibility to work a part-time schedule with the option for additional hours or sales involvement
