Reports to: Sales Manager
Position Role: Develops long-term relationships with clients through managing and interpreting their requirements. Provides sales technical assistance designs technical presentations demonstrating how a product meets client needs.
- Identfiication and technical support of large and medium projects with on-site surveillance
- Specifications of materials in design & architectural offices
- Monitoring and communicating with technical companies
- Provide technical assistance / advice to the customers
- Project file management and continuous updating till the completion of each project
- Focus on external thermal insulation and construction chemical sectors in projects
- Bachelors degree in technical field
- Minimum 2 years proven experience in similar position
- Fluent English both verbal and written
- Good knowledge of MS Office Suite
- AutoCAD knowledge would be considered as an asset
- Developing and delivering multi-mode communications that convey a clear understanding of the unique needs of different audiences
- Building strong customer relationships and delivering customer-centric solutions
- Consistently achieving results even under tough circumstances
- Stepping up to address difficult issues saying what needs to be said
