We are currently looking for an experienced & ambitious Key Account Manager AFH Greece with a real passion for coffee business to drive positive sales growth results.
Reporting into our Sales Manager AFH GR you will be responsible for:
- Implementing our Sales Strategy to achieve and surpass sales objectives for supporting the growth of the companys business.
- Developing maintaining and managing strong relationships and execute strategic plans with distributors in your area of responsibility.
- Liaising with customers generating new business opportunities establishing and serving new accounts within the coffee sector including cafes quick service restaurants hotels offices.
- Monitoring market trends competitor activities and customer feedback to adapt sales strategies and maximize growth opportunities.
- Building collaborative business relationship with internal and external partners.
- Managing assigned budget to achieve annual volume/value objectives.
- Preparing and presenting regular sales reports forecasts and analyzing customers profile to support business proposals.

For this role as a Key Account Manager AFH Greece were looking for someone who has the following skills and experience:
- A Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or relevant; an MBA or Master will be considered an asset.
- 3-5 years commercial experience in a business-to-business environment.
- Strong understanding of the coffee market including trends consumer preferences and industry dynamics.
- Business acumen combined with an entrepreneurial approach; ability to identify and act upon business opportunities.
- Excellent communication skills with a market-oriented approach goal-driven mindset and proven record of successful negotiations with customers and sales targets achievements.
- Strong analytical & numerical skills
- Proficiency in using MS Office and especially Excel.
- Fluency both in English and Greek.
Role comes with frequent domestic travelling requirements.
