What are we looking for
Were seeking a highly analytical and collaborative Enterprise Data Product Analystto join our global Group IT team within the Data Intelligence Hub. You will play a key role in supporting the Business Product Owner of the Modern Data Warehouse ensuring that business needs are translated into clear product requirements and that data governance and reporting processes run smoothly.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with data products engaging with diverse stakeholders and contributing to an enterprise-wide data strategy in a multicultural environment.
Your main responsibilities will be:
Translate business needs into detailed product requirements and support backlog management.
Collaborate closely with stakeholders across countries and functions to ensure alignment.
Support data governance processes including maintaining the Data Catalog and Permission Reports.
Contribute to reporting activities and continuous improvement of data quality.
Create and maintain product documentation and internal knowledge assets.
Coordinate testing quality assurance and data quality monitoring activities.
Support user enablement through training onboarding materials and guidance.
Required Skills:
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
Experience in requirements engineering analysis and documentation.
Familiarity with data governance and reporting practices.
Excellent communication skills and fluent English comfortable working cross-culturally.
Ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders and work within a distributed team.
Proactive well-organized and able to manage multiple tasks autonomously.
Preferred Skills:
Experience working with enterprise data platforms.
Knowledge or hands-on experience with Microsoft Power BI.
Familiarity with data cataloging tools and permission management concepts.
Experience working in agile product environments or Scrum teams.
