Job Summary

Cardinal Glassin Easton PA has an immediate full time opening for a Maintenance Manager. This position oversees the day-to-day maintenance and repair of the equipment machinery and facility.

Job Duties:

Lead all maintenance activities including preventative maintenance and emergency repairs
Hire train supervise and evaluate maintenance team members
Develop and manage maintenance budgets track expenses and order necessary parts and supplies
Enforce safety protocols and ensure adherence to all relevant health safety and legal regulations
Maintain accurate maintenance logs and records
Design and plan specialty maintenance projects
Conduct yourself in a professional manner with co-workers and contract vendors

Qualifications:

High School diploma or equivalent; bachelors degree preferred
Minimum of 5 years experience in maintenance with management experience a plus
Effective problem solving and organizational skills
Ability to operate and use hand tools power tools and measuring instruments
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Basic knowledge of computer software including Windows Word and Excel
Advanced electrical troubleshooting and safety practices including 3 phase
Read write and understand standard and metric measurement units
Proficiency with mechanical hydraulic and pneumatic concepts
Ability to read electrical hydraulic and pneumatic schematics and diagrams
Knowledge in fabrication welding and basic machining skills
