Energy Associate
Were delighted to be partnering with a leading commercial law firm to recruit an Energy Associate (NQ2 PQE) for their highly regarded Energy team. This team is one of the most established in the Irish market and advises on large-scale energy infrastructure and project development mandates.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing collaborative team and gain exposure to some of the most significant renewable and conventional energy projects in Ireland.
The Role
Working with experienced partners and senior lawyers the successful candidate will gain exposure to:
Advising on the development financing and construction of major energy infrastructure projects.
Assisting on energy-related corporate transactions including joint ventures and M&A.
Providing advisory and regulatory support across renewable and traditional energy sectors.
Working with sponsors lenders and developers on complex project structures.
Supporting the delivery of high-value and strategic mandates across the energy transition landscape.
The Person
Qualified Solicitor with NQ2 years PQE.
Experience in energy construction infrastructure or M&A is advantageous.
Strong interest in developing a specialist career within the energy sector.
Excellent drafting analytical and communication skills.
Highly motivated with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
