The Opportunity:
An opportunity has arisen for Sous Chef to join The University of Edinburgh Catering Department. The role will be based at our largest catering unit the John McIntyre Conference Centre located within Pollock halls.
The John McIntyre Centre is a 650-seater buffet restaurant that provides approximately 28000 meals each week during our student period and also provide breakfast lunch and dinner to our commercial guests year-round.
The annual salary for this post is29588 to 33951 per annum plus 15% Premium Band for flexible working.
