A leading 380-bed acute-care facility and Level II Trauma Center is seeking a skilled Nuclear Medicine Technologist to join its advanced imaging team. This hospital offers comprehensive services including a renowned Heart Institute with open-heart capabilities orthopedic and oncology programs pediatric and neonatal intensive care and cutting-edge diagnostic imaging.
Position Highlights
Role: Nuclear Medicine Technologist
Schedule: Full-time 8-hour shifts
Shift Options: 6A2:30P 7A3P 8A4P 9A5P 3P11P (Rotating Weekends)
Compensation: $30.34$42.47 per hour
Responsibilities
Perform diagnostic nuclear medicine procedures using ionizing radiation in alignment with ALARA safety standards.
Operate calibrate and maintain imaging equipment to ensure high-quality imaging results.
Develop organize and process scans/images with accuracy and efficiency.
Ensure proper patient positioning safety and adherence to radiation protocols in a fast-paced clinical environment.
Requirements
Associate Degree required.
State Registered Radiologic Technician.
ARRT (N) or NMTCB certification required.
BLS required within 30 days of hire; ACLS required within 30 days.
