Salary: $225000$300000 Full-Time MonFri (40 hrs/wk)
A mission-driven community health center in Panorama City is seeking a Family Medicine Physician to provide comprehensive multi-generational outpatient care to underserved patients. This role offers collaboration with multidisciplinary teams including dental mental health and social work supporting holistic patient care.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as Primary Care Provider (PCP) for assigned patients
- Conduct medical evaluations labs diagnostics and develop treatment plans
- Initiate treatment orders and procedures
- Educate and counsel patients on health promotion and disease prevention
- Coordinate care with clinical staff and support services
Qualifications
- California medical license and current DEA
- Board Certified/Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
- CPR certification required
- EMR experience required
- English proficiency; medical Spanish preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
