Support health safety and environmental standards in major projects

Ensure compliance and promote safe practices on site
As Project HSE Advisor you will support the implementation of NKTs HSE Management System and external requirements at project sites. You will work closely with site teams to identify hazards minimize risks and maintain high standards of health safety environment and quality. Your role includes promoting HSE initiatives and ensuring compliance with legislation and contractual obligations.
Your responsibility will be to:
Produce regional HSE statistics identify trends and propose initiatives
Ensure legal compliance of site works and documentation
Maintain and update key HSE documents as required
Prepare and deliver site inductions and maintain induction records
Communicate safety alerts and lessons learned to prevent recurrence
You will report to the Project HSE Manager and collaborate with project teams across multiple sites. The position is based in Rotterdam with regular travel to installation sites.

You also have:
Higher vocational or university degree in Engineering Business or Health & Safety
Experience as an HSE Advisor in an international context
Knowledge of legal and contractual requirements related to HSE
Fluency in English and Dutch spoken and written
Authorization to work in the Netherlands
