Are you passionate about driving innovation and creating exceptional experiences for Customers and Selling Partners around the world As a Product Manager on Easy Ship thats exactly what you will be doing. Easy Ship is a fulfilment solution where Amazon manages all things related to fulfilment simplifying e-commerce operations for our Selling Partners. Our Selling Partners are only required to pick/pack their orders and Amazon manages the rest of the fulfilment cycle. Customers get everything they love about Amazon - vast selection delivered to their doorstep on time with the convenience of Amazon Returns and 24x7 Customer Support. Easy Ship is currently live in 15 countries globally serving millions of Customers and thousands Selling Partners.
The candidate in this role will work closely with cross-functional teams (Global business teams User Experience/Research Transportation to name a few) to identify new opportunities develop innovative solutions and deliver world-class products and services that delight our global Customer base and empower our Selling Partners. A successful candidate will be a self-starter comfortable with ambiguity with strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. The right candidate will possess a strong product management background and will have demonstrated experience leading projects. You will be required to anticipate bottlenecks provide escalation management anticipate and make trade-offs balance the business needs versus technical constraints perform detailed data analyses and influence the engineering decisions.
- 3 years of product management experience
- Experience managing technical products or online services
- Experience in product program or project management in leading cross-functional teams in delivery of major new products or services
- Knowledge of SQL and VBA at an advanced level
- Experience building and analyzing cost/benefit scenarios and business cases and communicating results throughout the organization
