Job Summary
Job Description
Join a fast-growing autonomous systems company and build the people and operational foundations from the ground up. Were looking for a hands-on HR & Operations leader who can design scalable processes shape company culture and make growth smooth - not chaotic.
In this role youll own the full people lifecycle (hiring onboarding performance engagement) while also driving critical business operations across processes compliance tools and reporting. Youll work closely with the COO and leadership team to ensure the company runs efficiently compliantly and with a strong values-driven culture.
If youre a builder who thrives in ambiguity loves creating structure and enjoys a mix of People (70%) and Ops (30%) this is an opportunity to shape a UK tech startup from day one - with a pathway to senior leadership.
