We are looking for a proactive and ambitious Business Development Manager to drive strategic initiatives and create value across Sales & Service Denmark (S&S DK). This is a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic organization collaborate broadly and challenge at a strategic level.

About the role

As a Business Development Manager you will play a key role in identifying analyzing and executing initiatives that strengthen our commercial development. You will lead projects ranging from strategy development to implementation and work closely with the S&S DK leadership team as well as across the organization. A significant part of the role is to collaborate effectively build strong relationships and constructively challenge decision makers.

Your main responsibilities include:

  • Lead strategic development projects and initiatives from initial analysis to successful implementation
  • Deliver deep-dive analyses and translate insights into actionable recommendations
  • Shape and support strategy development within S&S DK ensuring decisions are anchored and executed effectively
  • Design and facilitate workshops and management dialogues on key strategic priorities
  • Drive stakeholder alignment and ensure clear consistent communication across all functions

About the team

The Business Development team in S&S DK consists of dedicated business developers and specialists working closely together to create value through innovation and optimization. We emphasize strong collaboration an informal tone and a work environment where we help each other this role you will have a unique opportunity to develop yourself in a strategically important position.

Who are you

We are looking for an independent and analytical profile with a strong development mindset. You thrive in building relationships collaborating broadly and are comfortable challenging senior stakeholders. A background in consulting is an advantage but not a requirement what matters most are your analytical skills presentation abilities and business acumen.

We expect you to have:

  • Strong collaboration skills and the ability to build trust across the organization
  • A proactive mindset and ability to work both independently and in teams
  • Experience in driving strategic projects and business development
  • Excellent analytical skills and experience with business analysis
  • Strong skills in PowerPoint and Excel
  • Fluency in Danish and English
  • University degree in business technology or a related field
