Job Summary
Are you eager to start your professional career in a multinational environment Join us in our internship program to launch your career with us and benefit from our hands-on approach. We are looking for internship candidates available for a duration of 12 months as of 1st February/1st March 2026.
Your Responsabilities
- As a Young Talent Quality Production you ensure the quality of series-production parts
- You support manufacturing and assembly processes by leading root cause analyses and driving corrective actions (8D QRQC SHAININ)
- You contribute to statistical evaluations related to complaints assembly processes and First Pass Yield on test benches
- You take an active role in task forces addressing critical production issues
- You prepare and support internal and external audits (ISO9001 / EN9100)
- You develop implement and monitor process and product audits to ensure continuous improvement
- You support the change-management process as well as the FMEAs
- You support customer service in managing customer claims (0 Km and field)
- You prepare monthly KPI reports and proactively drive initiatives to improve the quality of Liebherr Machines Bulle products.
Your Profil
- You hold or are finishing a Bachelors or Masters degree in Mechanical Electrical Production Engineering or similar field
- Ideally you already have a training in quality methods (e.g. 8D QRQC Six Sigma SHAININ)
- You are fluent in French and English. Good command of German is an asset.
- You are familiar with MSOffice (Outlook Excel PowerPoint SharePoint) as well as Minitab
- You are a communicative person with strong facilitation skills and a structured approach
- You are consistent persevering and able to organize work independently while maintaining a practical hands-on mindset.
