About The Role:
A Service Desk Engineer at New Era Technology is the first point of contact for our customers playing a crucial role in supporting our clients with their Network Unified Communications and Security related issues. The ideal candidate will support our customers in their daily operations and resolve problems as efficiently as this role you are allowed to troubleshoot within your knowledge up to the point you are comfortable with. After that a senior engineer is engaged who assists with resolving the issue or answering the question while you shadow to learn and evolve on the job.
