Join our team at YMCA Geelong as a Casual Gymnastics Beginner Coach and make a real difference in your community!
As a Beginner Coach youll help children develop confidence coordination and a love for gymnastics. Your role contributes to creating a safe positive and inclusive community space where kids thrive. Looking for individuals to fill hours Weeknights (4:00pm 8:00pm) & Weekends (9:00am 4:00pm).

Learning & Development
Youll complete your Fundamental Gymnastics Coach Accreditation within 1216 weeks (if over 15 years) which includes:
1: Online Course Workbook & Activity Pack ($250 minimum age 14).
2: Virtual Induction Session (Free minimum age 15).

YMCA Geelong Board and Management are committed to the safety and wellbeing of children and young people in accordance with our Safeguarding Children and Young People framework. All applicants must undergo satisfactory screening prior to commencement including but not limited to:
a national criminal history check;
an international criminal history checks where applicants have worked overseas;
holding or obtaining a valid Working with Children Card;
Three reference checks.
The successfully appointed applicant will be required to adhere to the Safeguarding Children and Young People policies and practices which include; safeguarding children and young people induction annual SCYP training programs & committing to upholding the safety and wellbeing of children and young people throughout terms of employment.
